Tosca Appoints Digital Transformation Leader Nigel Lemmon as New CIO
Brussels, Belgium – Tosca, a leading global provider of reusable plastic packaging and supply chain solutions, has appointed Nigel Lemmon as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO).
In this role, Lemmon will lead Tosca’s digital transformation initiatives and leverage technology to enhance services for both internal and external stakeholders. He will report directly to Tosca’s Chief Executive Officer, Eric Frank.
Nigel is an accomplished international executive with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation for global companies. His past positions include Managing Director and CIO at several Fortune 500 firms across Europe, Asia and North America.
Most recently, he served as Group Head of Digital Technology at DO&CO Aktiengesellschaft, where he successfully led an enterprise-wide digital overhaul. Nigel has deep expertise across various sectors like manufacturing, utilities, FMCG, and business services.

Nigel holds a MBA from Cranfield School of Management. When he’s not busy learning about the newest tech, he enjoys scuba diving, rugby and hiking.
